Thanks to both of you, I found Cloud Convert to work perfectly and no cost.
Several of the others wouldn¡¯t get the job done or charge a $45.00 a month fee after 7 days.
I¡¯m now using it on an iPad as an ePub file. ?I love it with this format as the highlighted items I can export to an email, leaving the dross to remain in the document.

I¡¯ve used Calibre for a long time. It converts nearly any ebook format to any other format. It ain¡¯t pretty, but it works well.
