Gary, On the Mac go to Audio Midi Setup in Utilities, at least that is where it is on mine and make sure the volume is all the way up on the USB Audio Codec. See Screen Shot. 73, Cliff, AE5ZA

There is currently no way to save or retrieve an export template.? The field selections are not retained between fldigi executions. David
