Red == Front (ie Top)
Green == Back (ie Bottom)
You can rename these layers in Design Rules...Layers Setup. The colours are package-dependent; there is no standard across PCB packages that I have encountered. However, you can change the colours in kicad (middle-click the colour button on the Visibles tool bar on the right).
*2)* I generate the gerber files and after in the gerber viewer i
can't find the option the print in the holes in the pads.
In the Gerbers plot dialog click on [Generate Drill File] (just above the [Quit] button).
