Hey everyone, Devin KJ7OES,? from the Grants Pass amateur radio club here. We have gotten quite a few requests for a simple to understand and easy presentation showing the easiest way to navigate the FCC website and pay the required fees.? Once we have this up and put together, we would love to share it with you guys.

If you have an existing FRN, you will need to link it to your CORES account. More info can be found at .
In fact, I recommend all license holder to do this before their license renewal time.? This should reduce some annoyances in the future.
A few other practices that helped me in the past are:
1. Do not use the "back" or "forward" button on your browser.? Instead use the "Go Back" or other specified links on the webpage itself to navigate around the system.
2. Clear your cache if the system start getting stupid.
3. Rather than trying to renew using your smart phone, use a browser on a computer instead.
