I have, but don¡¯t know how to disable it but I do select the device type I am using for sound output, whether headphones or external speakers, and it goes away and I think it only happens when I plug external devices into the headphone/microphone jack since it could be both. For example, I have a Blue Yeti usb mic that can double as a speaker due to it having an amp built into it in terms of putting headphones into the jack located on the mic for listening feedback as a musician but I only use it as a mic so I specify it as such.
