Attached. Please note that with Italian Region, the file is named "Dxpeditions 0.txt" when I click on the DX icon and save. With English USA region it is correctly suffixed with 12.

Check the option to show only highlighted DX Spots. UNcheck all options to show DX Spots highlighted. You will see only DX-World DXpeditions DX Spots. Use your imagination. Or something like that.
