Hi Fabian,
In Smartsdr navigate to settings -> radio setup -> phone/cw and select which sideband you wish to use in cw either CWL or CWU,? CWL preferred.
In Logger32 navigate to Tools -> setup bands & modes? and make sure that the cw sections of the bands are configured to use which sideband you selected in Smartsdr.
I've attached an image that probably shows what I mean better than I just typed :-)
