GE Bob,
I followed all the instructions in the manual, kept getting the same error message, turned off the Firewall and then tried to run autoinstaller.exe as an administrator and got a different error message, one that wasn't in the manual so went with Plan C, and updated manually. Easy Peasy, but it's strange that I never had this problem before? In any case, the problem is resolved even if I can't figure out what caused it.
