Look at page 389 of the help file. For a contact to be counted as a 'satellite' contact it must be logged with the PROP_MODE field as "SAT", and the SAT_NAME field as "QO-100"

You? need to right-click in the body of the logbook, on any QSO line - not the window title or the column headers.
Do you get that menu, something similar, or nothing at all?
