Breakfast on Saturday, May 25 will be held at Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant,?251 N Bell Blvd #111B, Cedar Park, TX 78613.

Los Reyes is located is on the west side of 183N just north of the Park Street traffic light and doors open at 6 am.
Since we are looking for an alternate for Saturday's breakfast gathering, Los Reyes is the next on the list for proposed locations.

Complication from the congestive heart failure issues.

Am waiting on a room.

Again not a heart attack.

He's in room 341 - Round Rock.? That's all I know from his text to me.? I'm sure he would appreciate your thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery.

Setting up your groups.io/g/hambuds account???

Issue: Members can easily setup an account on groups.io but here's the situation:
...you won't be seen by other members unless you finish configuring your account !
?
Step-by-Step:
1 - logon to your Group.io account (if yer reading this, yer already there... chuckle...
? a. In the upper right corner, click the drop-down arrow
? b. Click on "Account" to open your account profile
2 - In the left column, click on "Identity"
? a. You will see three (3)sections
Account Profile
Group Profiles
updates
3 - Open "Group Profiles" then click the "Edit" button
This opens your profile as it can be seen by other group members
Scroll about half-way down to the "Profile Privacy" section
? to display how "Other members of your groups" will see your profile
Click on the down arrow and select "Other members of your groups"
Scroll to the bottom of the page then click "Update Group Profile"
?
This will update your group profile so that others can see your profile information.
Wait a few moments to maybe a minute for the profile to update on the group.io servers.
?
After the update is registered, return to the Hambuds groups.io home page, then click
"Directory' in the left column.? You should see all other members who have completed
this process....If so, then DONE.? If not, then repeat the process and see if anything
is missed.
?
If you hit a snag, you may want to contact another user either by phone, radio, e-mail
or in person to lend a hand.
?
Else, feel free to contact either WB5GM/Greg Miller or K7JQL/Larry Martin.? We've both

Sure Greg! ?It’s not completely ready as I need to install a new antenna for the link frequency as the frequency is too low for the current installed antenna to be an efficient antenna. ? I’m hoping to have that antenna in by this weekend so that the repeater is ready for use. ?Just waiting on good ole USPS to deliver.

10 meter repeater: ?

Just as an FYI: ?I designed these repeaters to be fun repeaters to talk DX for when the band opens up. ?They weren’t designed to be used as local to local communications. ?As such, each transmitter is only doing 30 watts. ?As everyone knows, if the band isn’t open, 10 and 6 meter coverage varies. ?Just didn’t want everyone to have high expectations as we know we are on the low end of the solar cycle. ?;-)

I’ll announce to the group when I have the new link antenna installed. ?Don’t want anyone thinking their radio isn’t working. ?LOL!

With that said, I hope everyone enjoys and gets to play with them. ?Please let me know what kind of range you get out of them. ?The receiver for both 6/10 are located on top of St David’s Round Rock Medical Center. ?The transmitter for both 6/10 is located on the roof of St David’s Surgical Hospital. ?Both antennas are Diamond CP-610 Omni directional.

Sallie, AB5YL, and I like to eat at Los Reyes Mexican Grill for lunch.? There is a complete breakfast menu and table service.

Like Mark, KG5SPO, we have not eaten at the smaller, original location in Cedar Park.? That location opens at 6AM on Saturdays.
