Hi all, wondering if anyone has any data on this tube? Potential candidate for a 23cm amp. This came out of a resonant cavity in a 100watt signal generator (this specific module was good for 400-1000MHz). Can't find any data on it, looks similar to a Y-503 but not quite. Have searched through a bunch of Eimac catalogs and found similar planar triodes but not this one. Would like to have some concrete data. Anyone familiar with this?
