Error when using KICKS from another user

When trying to access from another user, e.g. CMSUSER, I encounter an error. The directory definitions as much as it comes to memory are almost similar, with CMSUSER being sized 1M bigger.? after logging on, I detach disk 194 and 195 and then link? LINK KICKS 194 194 MR?
