I think the old ones are in VMFPLC2 format, (might be TAPE) , mount the tape on VM, do a VMFPLC2 LOAD and there is an ABSTRACT LISTING file showing the content.
Some of the later ones are in BLOKTAP format. I think we now have a process to read those, I'll have to do some searching.
