Either use a web browser OTHER than Google Chrome (as they have dropped support for the ftp protocol support) or else, even better, use an actual FTP client like you're supposed to, such as FileZilla.

Safari dropped FTP support ages ago and I don¡¯t think Edge supports it either.
FTP support is hard to find. I need it and run an old MacOS using Parallels to support it.
FTP¡¯s days are numbered, I¡¯m afraid.
