No VM IPL with V1.R1.1 #VMCE

 

I have Hercules 3.13
Running VM 6 pack vm370sixpack1_3 - All is good

Running V1.R1.1 using the included vm370ce.sh - I see the IPL 6A1 but none of the other VM messages. It appears VM does not IPL. The log doesn't offer any clues.
I would appreciate any pointers.
