The closest thing to Carolina Blue made the lettering disappear - it was too dark.? I looked for a color among the ones available for the hat and the light beige (called Oyster) was the only one that didn¡¯t somehow detract.?

I put in an order for hats and submitted our logo design. I wasn¡¯t sure the company (Queensboro, at Wilmington NC) could replicate the logo in the space available on a hat and sure enough they couldn¡¯t. They came back with the attached and I turned it down. As a compromise, I asked if they could do the Loon and runways with the name of the group across the bottom and that might work. Colors need editing, too. They¡¯re going to revise and send and I will share with you when I get it - likely tomorrow. The hats are cheap - about $7 - and we¡¯ll have a few for newbies. On that score, please feel free to share invites with like minded folk.?
