You have to activate Live Transcript through your Zoom Web Portal settings, but it comes bundled with Pro accounts.

I also hook up ?(a transcription app with a free version) to my Zoom account and get written transcripts of anything I record. You can actually feed any audio recording into it, and it will give you a written transcript. ?
