Hello!
Has anyone managed to produce zoom audio transcripts without a business license? (Which Zoom support told me you need 10 individual business licenses in order to produce transcripts..) Apparently you can do transcripts with Closed Captioning? I haven¡¯t been able to get this to work though. Thank you!
