I am on the board of an organization where the ED really relies and esteems a staff member ¡ª but it seems the rest of the ?staff has a hard time with her and they do not see actual output of worth.? Do you have any ?suggestions for a way forward. I had considered a 360 type review- can you recommend one? ?¡ª and thoughts or experience? ¡ªI ?have read that they can be destructive of morale.?

This sounds like a really good opportunity for generative relationships (STAR) liberating structure to be used.? What an unfortunate circumstance here.? The generative relationships LS would afford the opportunity to work through these difficult relations and shine a light on behavior that perhaps the leader is blind to.? It is worth a shot.
