This sounds like a really good opportunity for generative relationships (STAR) liberating structure to be used.? What an unfortunate circumstance here.? The generative relationships LS would afford the opportunity to work through these difficult relations and shine a light on behavior that perhaps the leader is blind to.? It is worth a shot.

This is a small newly growing NGO and other than this issue the morale and teamwork and trust is very hard. We want to preserve that!
