Teams and Zoom are wildly different! The description of doing it in Zoom is good. Personally I would do it with Qiqochat wrapped around Zoom, and ass in Wonder or Spatial Chat to create corridor

You'd need to have someone transpose the results into xlsx/sheets, but I saw someone do a poll last week in zoom using screen share and annotation. Poll questions are put up and individuals annotate

I recommend Slido. Free version and paid upgrade if needed. Can run quizzes, polls, create word clouds and share results live on screen (or switch results off if you don¡¯t want people to see them).

You can use a side voting tool , like surveymonkey or event google forms to count votes. That will work very well. If you just need to have a quorum voting, then the vote results will tell you how

A simple way is to use polls in Zoom. Make sure people register so you know who they are, or depending on the number of attendees, you may want someone to check them in as the enter the waiting room.
