Hi Catherine? In order to do it, make sure you have upgraded to the last zoom version. Then go to settings in the desktop software. Choose Screen sharing option and make sure the option "Show zoom

if you have a dual screen share set up, in the settings you can activate dual screen, then ensure you have the one you would like to record (with the functionality showing) on the one you ¡¯screen
