Based on requests coming in here and there, I think it might be useful to open a thread for particular kinds of events online. Those having to consider VERY large events - in the thousands, will be rare, but many are looking at the 150-500 size meetings. So let's dedicate this thread to asks for help, ideas, resources for larger events.?
