For online happy hours, your organization could also provide all the Zoom breakout rooms automatically via QiqoChat.? The advantage is that participants can see the following before they join the Zoom meeting:

1) who is each breakout?room

2) what the topic is in each breakout room

Each room is connected to its own Zoom meeting.? People can move themselves to the topic that is most interesting to them.

I've attached a screenshot of 80 Italian open space facilitators using this tool yesterday morning.? We used a garden theme so each breakout has a different garden name and a customized photo.

Here's a if you'd like to try it out yourself.? It's pretty easy: add a guest username and then click the big green button to launch Zoom in that garden.? The cost is 1cent/min per person.? For private groups, there's an additional $1/month per member which is less than the cost of parking (and airfare!).
