I¡¯ve only ever changed settings in my browser, but strangely this option is simply not available on my desktop app, neither in the basic screen sharing settings, nor advanced (see attached). I¡¯ll test later and share any feedback as to if it works or not..

Hi Catherine?
In order to do it, make sure you have upgraded to the last zoom version.
Then go to settings in the desktop software. Choose Screen sharing option and make sure the option "Show zoom windows" is selected and they would now show.
I only recommend this when training other on how to use zoom as it is cumbersome when training or facilitating meetings.

I¡¯ve so much appreciated the conversations and training opportunities that people have been so generously offering. I¡¯ll be doing some similar work with my evaluation colleagues, ?who are needing to do data collection, sensemaking, etc, virtually.
Some of them will need a few minutes of basic instruction, and I¡¯d like to see how ?screen share the actually zoom controls (for example how to do break out groups) with participants. So far my attempt have been unsuccessful. ?I believe I have seen others do this¡or perhaps they were little videos (which I can certainly show, it¡¯s just a bit more time consuming)
Any suggestions welcome!
