I have used zoom for meetings. I have not yet done the fishbowl model online, only in person.? The problem with zoom is you only really have manual control over who is in which room, and only the host can do this (in most cases), so you end up being a switchboard operator.? One tool that I am looking at exploring that would make this easier is ? However,? it looks like they don't do recording. In addition, zoom?does not allow for recording of the breakout rooms without actually starting the recording from inside a room.? If you want to control the view of who is speaking and who can speak, zoom can be forced to do it, but it will take you driving a bunch of the control of who is speaking.? You can by hand mute and unmute people. I suspect it will be very laggy.? And so I think you will end up falling back to a moderated townhall?pattern instead of a free-er flowing fishbowl pattern.
