Toucan.events is like a cocktail party
Remo.co and Airmeet are like a conference table room.?
None of them do a fish bowl process well.?
I know that the folks at Hubb.me have been doing a bit more gamification of their platform, but I don't have experience with it.
I have a company?in some of my projects now called New Game, which is working on a VR version of things:?
Perhaps a VR/Serious Games approach would be different enough...? But perhaps more complicated?than you want in terms of set up.?
I think the key issues are:
1) what things need to be personal (small group)?
2) what things need to be synchronous (Pre-load much of the work if you can)?
3) what things need to be interactive (IE, watching a synchronous broadcast is not helpful if you cant?interact)?
4) What is the outcome of the meeting that you want.
5) who needs to meet whom??
It is possible to do a 100% asynchronous version of this.?
