I am a Switzerland-based Certified Professional Facilitator who is in the midst of a PhD (Erasmus University, The Netherlands) that ultimately connects organizational learning (OL) and facilitation. I have written here before asking about published research into this topic for my literature review and you kindly shared some great resources on this site. Now, in addition to my facilitation work, I am working on my first PhD article which examines organizational learning practices in international NGOs/non-profits working on sustainable development issues (broadly speaking). I am trying to get a wide range of responses from organizations in different parts of the world.
This is for the first of four academic articles, the third article is on the support that facilitators can provide to these organizations in their OL work. For data collection, I have launched an online survey that takes 10-15 minutes and would be happy to share it, with the cover note, to anyone here who has clients that fit this description (or if you are an internal facilitator in one of these). It is for both staff and Executive/Advisory Board members of these organizations.? So if you are a Board member, I would be happy to hear from you too!?
If you would like to have a link to the survey to fill in or to share with organizations that you know, I would really appreciate that and be happy to send it. Those that piloted the survey said the found it interesting and short (all multiple choice and 3 short open answers).
