Tools for Doing Equity and Privilege Activities Online

We are doing some basic awareness level work with some staff, but due to the restrictions in our area we have to do this work online.? Do to budget restrictions we have only two sessions and staff can select which date they would like to participate.? 103 staff will participate in total, but we do not know how many will choose to be on each day.? We would like to do some common face-to-face activities like the Privilege Walk (take a step forward if...) and are looking for some tools to do this with.? I came across this, which works pretty well, except that the no answers get a red mark and the work "incorrect".? Here are the types of tools I'm thinking of...and they need to be a) simple, b) easy for tech novices, c) not expensive, d) can manage 50+ people without difficulty, and e) not cumbersome when used in combination with Zoom (like multiple browser windows/tabs).

- "leaderboard" type display that can be morphed to show more or less privilege
- matrix display where information can be clustered under topics - marked by the participants
- continuum display where people can adjust their marker in response to new questions (they need to be able to track their marker amongst 50+ people

I know that Mural and the Zoom whiteboard can be used for some of these, but I am concerned about the numbers of participants managing their markers in those kinds of displays.

I am very open to other ideas as well...what have you done to help large groups increase their awareness of privilege in online activities?

Thanks!!
