Thanks to everyone who has entered comments into the doc so far. They are very, very helpful. I might have overpriced myself for the specific bid I submitted recently, but oh well! It's all an adventure right?

I didn't quite understand all of Francois's notes, but interpreted them as best I could, creating a table in . It's the same doc as my original post; I'm re-entering it because it dropped off the thread.
