Hi? @NancyH My experience with clients in the public sector working with MS Teams is to have the link to the MURAL board posted in the chat as a link to access outside the 'office environment'. I have the consultant plan so when clients enter they can edit as visitors.
I mostly work with groups around 25 people for 120 minutes to half an day workshops, just to give an idea of the context. They mostly have little adapting and learning time. So I try to keep this as simple as possible so people intuitive know how to step in.?
