Some similar experiences - issues seem to often be about whether people have the latest update. I believe there are issues if people join on mobile too - I've not explored the detail of this.
What I'd really like to be able to do is find a way of posting links to the breakout rooms in the chat for people who weren't automatically sent there. I don't know if this is something even possible though as I don't know the technical details of how the breakouts work.
However, it's largely great to have this additional capability to teams.
