Hi everyone,
I'm supporting a client with a staff member looking for a facilitation training.? This is an up and coming staff person who facilitates some meetings (teams, committees) but does not aspire to become a professional facilitator.? They will be facilitating some online meetings - though I'm looking for a training to recommend that is not only about facilitating online (need some of the basics about planning, purpose/agenda development).?
My organization has done a couple of basic programs (one that is 90 minutes and one that includes 2 90 minute sessions), but we don't have any public offerings on the horizon.? Non-profit staff member - looking for something affordable.
Any recommendations??
