I am slowly building a spreadsheet of tools.?
I am finding that the nuances of what people?care about, the types of meetings they are trying to structure, and the flow of the meetings varies a great deal. So I am still in the what features are important phase of things.?
You can see the fill list of tools here:
I have a big desire to support "The law of two feet", which is that people can mingle at will.?
I am told that zoom now supports this, but I can't seem to get it to work.?
Airmeet and remo are the only two that support this well enough.?
The first question is: "What kind meeting are you trying to hold?"
1) How big?
2) Will you have a specific flow?
3) Do you need mingling?
4) Do you need small group meetings?
5) Do you need voting, discussion notes, whiteboards, chat backchannels?
6) Do you need facilitators with powers?
7) Do you need many events at once?
8) Do you need the ability to randomize small groups?
9) Do you need the ability to mix two different classes of attendees?
10) Do you need to force everyone back into the main meeting?
11) ....
What are the features that make it possible for you to do what you need?
Then given these features, which is best then becomes possible to answer.
Can you please outline the key features of your meeting?
