Hi Rowan, hi Sean -
This is what I do:
- Paste Chat to Word
- Convert Text To Table > Separate Text at ":"
- Delete first three columns
- Convert Table To Text > Separate Text with ":"
- If necessary: Replace All ":^p" with "^p" (until no colons
are left at the end of rows)
- If necessary: Replace All "^p " with "^p" (until no spaces
are left at the beginning of rows)
- For Miro: Convert Text To Table again, then paste to Board.
- For Mural: Paste to Board.
Hope this helps * Wiebke

Hi Sean,
Two main problems I am trying to solve:?
- I am trying to find a way where I dont have to go
through the notes from the chat and delete all to Names or
dates to get a coherent document with minutes from a
meeting.
- I am trying find a quick way by which?I can take the
content from the Zoom chat and add it to a list of post
its in Miro or Mural without needing to manually delete
all the times and names.
Hope that makes it a little more clear.

A quick question:?
Does anyone have experience with how to export the
content of the zoom chat in a cleaned up version,
without names and dates of each entry?
I am playing with the idea of copying into a
spreadsheet and ordering all posts alphabetically and
deleting all the lines that say "From...."
But it seems like there should?be an easier way.
Looking forward to hear what you are learning about
this?
Cheers,
Rowan
