I will be designing and facilitating a hybrid gathering for a governmental organization. At he moment it looks like there will be about 20 people on site and 20 people participating via Webex. In the morning 90 minutes deep dive on themes such as better collaboration and in the afternoon reflection and action concerning employee satisfaction (celebration of good results and forming working commitees). The location itself has no technical support concerning hybrid meetings. My biggest concern is that in Webex the b/o groups works different than in Zoom....
Any tips or advices are greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance.
