New pictures on "files"
Hi, I have added some new scannings from the 1971/72 catalogue from Atlas/Rivarossi on "Files". Back in the mid seventies I bought "a lot" of the Atlas/Rivarossi stock at my local shop when they did

Re: Question about an Atlas 0-4-0T
Funny you should mention about the 0-6-0T as I had the Atlas version upto about a year and a half ago. I didn't have the original case and insert with it so I can't comment about the actual part

Re: #2333 Variations
Oops, forgot to mention the difference in the "Automated Railway" shield. On the "A" car, the map is kind of more scrunched top to bottom than on the "C" car. Doug

#2333 Variations
I also posted the two variations I have of this car. #2333A has black letering, #2333C has blue and extra reporting marks (both are kind of hard to see in the scan). Easier to see is the different

Variations in 94' super tank cars
I recently came across another set of those 94' tank cars and found a variation in the 3111 CITGO. The difference is in the CITGO logo. Of the two I have, one has black lines inside the red triangle

Re: Question about an Atlas 0-4-0T
It is quite possible that this little engine was only sold overseas. I have only ever seen 5 of them and all were in Rivarossi packaging and labeling. This scan posted to this group is where I got the

Re: Question about an Atlas 0-4-0T
I think what this is all about is that Atlas released some things in Europe that were not released in the U.S. (the brown Erie Lackawanna 50" boxcar, for instance). Ola's scans he sent to the list

Re: Question about an Atlas 0-4-0T
Let's see... I have two variations of #2169 (not 2187) that are both 0-6-0Ts, not 0-4-0Ts. Reminds me, I still need to scan these for Doug... There was also an 0-6-0T that Atlas sold as a "Saddle Tank

Question about an Atlas 0-4-0T
I was just looking through the scans of the Atlas/Rivarossi catalog and noticed a small 0-4-0T shown. Mfr # 2187. I own three of these, all came from Con-Cor, but one of them is STILL marked ATLAS
