I have seen parts on E Bay: Use N Scale,?Atlas and N scale, Rivarossi?in the search along with?N gauge or vintage N gauge or OOP N gauge. Also make sure to click the world wide radio search button to expand the search options. Hope that this might help.

Hi George and Co,
I'm Mike, all the way from the West Coast of Australia, about 20,000 miles from you.
I have an ATLAS 1G locomotive, FM C-Liner?2 and 3 axle drive, which I bought new in Queensland Australia in 1972.
As many have experienced, ?the motor is now U/S.
My questions to the group are :-
Are there any parts available to remotor this loco and how can I get them?
Has anyone fitted a replacement chassis?
Does anyone want to part with one they have running?
