Sorry Martin, I would have included you in the group I agree with, too. I wrote my post before I read yours. Doh!

I too am not a fan of Facebook,
and am open to the idea of expanding the group, perhaps to include other early generation N modeling products and vendors.

Today every body is using Facebook, so much easier to post photo's video's and generally communicate. There is still a lot of people collecting vintage n scale.
I understand there are some that do use or trust Facebook, it's safe as long as you learn how to use and control what you want to see and what other people can see.? I'm 75yrs and use Facebook for several groups I belong to with no issues.

I was thinking along the lines of the same thing too as was about to check to see if I was still receiving the emails ? Any ideas ? Maybe expand the A1G to building kits & accessories ? And maybe first generation track if that's feasible ? Personally, I would like to see Atlas give a nod to the first generation through its Trainman line and re-release the original cars & road numbers individually and in sets and package them as so. Mattel has done it with their Hot Wheels line so why not Atlas ? I wouldn't mind collecting again. But maybe that just me ?

Dave, sorry to see you leaving the "spectator" mode but understood.
More generally, however, I see that "My It's Been A While" since there has been <any> activity on this group.? Specifically, the last message was posted on June 21 of Last Year.?
I believe that this group has worn out its usefulness.? There are simply too many alternatives to choose from that offer more instant gratification.
Any thoughts?
