Just thought I would pass along this rather non-obvious way to reply to someone directly instead of to the entire list.? (Like, for interest in buying things.)
If you reply online via the groups.io site, and click the "Private" button to the bottom right of the text box in which you type, the reply should go to sender and not to the list.
(Ask me how I know this... fortunately, from another group on io... )
