Khadashee was trying to get her bearings. Her stomach was in knots. The fear was so strong. ¡°hey handsome,¡± she said as she turned to him with a smile and then she saw his face.
¡°I have upset you didn¡¯t I?¡± She said nipping in her bottom lip. ¡°I am sorry my captain. I am sorry that past has come to affect you in the manner that it has. If you want to leave me, I will understand,¡± she said wringing her hands.

Draven quickly put his breeches on then crossed the room and took her hands in his.? "No, you didn't.? I am sorry for taking advantage.? I misread your cues.? I am just uncertain of what to do.? No, I don't want to leave you.? I love you."? He paused and sighed.? "I am just worried for us both.? I honestly do not have an appetite to dine with the captain or even to eat, to answer the earlier question."
