Vincent has been watching out the window for Belanie's car to arrive, he saw it turn from the main road onto their long driveway. He was at the door standing with it open, waiting for her to arrive. "Yes, this way." He lead her up the stairs and to the room where Chantel was ensuring the ladies body was receiving the important nourishment to keep the babies alive as long as possible.
