Yet when Brandon asked about a shower, she gave him a shy smile. "Well, e are both dirty. And it would save on water."?

Brandon gazed at cat wet and muddy she was still such a lovely sight to behold. But it was something in the way she was looking at him.
¡°You can tell I am wallowing?¡± He asked wondering what that was as they sat on the bed together. ¡°What look? We just started dating¡I have a look now?¡± He said as he realized he was easily deflecting, she was right, but it was the truth all that he thought had come to a head today. Even with her hand in his, he could tell he was trying to push her away too, would that just make things easier? He knew that wasn¡¯t the truth or he would have let her go.

The self-pity and wallowing wasn¡¯t going to work. Sure he could lick his wound and all but that was five minutes not days upon days. It wouldn¡¯t hurt him to be a little more like Rain and not give a damn! Just let whatever dear ol¡¯ dad said roll-off, but he was used to pleasing everyone, but himself!
¡°Fine, together.¡± He kissed her lightly only to pull back. He realized she was right, he was who he was and the fact that he hadn¡¯t been a team player didn¡¯t mean he couldn¡¯t be.
¡°So do you want to take a shower together or separate?¡± He breathed he was by no means pressing and he was sure they both needed to clean up and go eat. He was definitely much better with her here than pushing her on. He wasn¡¯t going to make it a point to avoid Ireland¡not like he could anyway if nothing else she was persistent.
