(Kites)

Kites heard the small, soft chime of someone wanting in, so he smiled as he pressed the panel on his side and the door slid open with a woosh.? His heart skipped a beat when he saw it was who he was expecting - Gen, as worn and unhappy as he was about the whole situation.? When she placed her hands on his chest, he covered one of her hands with his own, pulling her inside the room and then pressing the panel again to shut the door, then locked it.? He didn't want anyone showing up unannounced or being able to just open the door.? He didn't know how the mechanisms worked in this place yet, so better be safe than sorry.? Once the door closed, however, Kites pulled her into his embrace, holding her there for a bit as they tried to warm each other up.

"I don't think he should have any issues with what we do off-hours so long as we perform well on the field, right?? Today was a bust but we can just try harder tomorrow, right?" he answered, placing his head on top of hers.? They did have a lot of work ahead of them.? A lot of HARD work, but they signed up for this and they shouldn't quit this early in the game. Sure, he reasoned, they were all a bit too flirty and playing around, but it was just their first day.? Couldn't they could get a one-time pass?? His emotional part started to win out again, warring with the logical side, but now was not the time, he thought, waving all these discussions aside.? Right now was his and Gen's time and he didn't want to spend it stuck in his own head, brooding.? He pulled back a bit looking back at Gen who was waiting for his decision.? when she mentioned still being in female form to clean up, he felt his face flush with heat.

"It-it's fine.? I wouldn't want to cause you trouble, of course," he answered, scratching at his cheek.? In that moment it made him question as to why he preferred the male Gen more.? Sure he's seen both forms of the androgyne so what was it about the masculine that he liked more?? Did that make him gay?? Up until he came to this place he hasn't even had a single attraction to anyone.? But Gen.. Gen made him think.? "I h-hope that it doesn't offend you that I like your...um...male side more?"? To be honest, it made him pretty nervous either way but only because he was going to be naked with someone for the first time.? Though they were all over each other in the elevator, they were still dressed.? Well, it was now about to change and the mere thought of it was making his heart threaten to jump out of his rib cage.? He wondered how Gen felt about all this too - did her heart feel like a jackhammer too?

Not wasting anymore time, Kites reached under his wings and unsnapped the backing of the uniform's top.? He slid his arms out of his top, gingerly pulling the first article of clothing off, revealing a well toned body underneath.? It wasn't exactly chiseled out of marble but he did have some nicely defined features.? His shoulders were, of course, the most broad part of him due to his wings, but then rest of his chest tapered down into a medium-sized waist that slightly flared out to his hips.? His face got even redder, feeling highly self conscious as he reached for his braid and pulled off the rubber band that kept the pleat intact.? Like most of him, it was also covered in muck and grime, so he just left it loose as is, planning to de-tangle it in the shower.

"I'm r-ready when you are," he nervously stammered, feeling highly embarrassed as he peeked at Gen.? "Sorry, just a little nervous.? I've..um..I've never done this with anyone before."
