Not quite - 11700 was correctly delivered to Holbrook but it and 11701, plus at least 1 destined for Hull and a couple destined for somewhere down south have gone on loan to Merseyside and South Lancs as some of their batch of identical vehicles (but on a different production line) have been delayed and M&SL needed the vehicles to allow for a series of cascades to happen.
Once the M&SL vehicles are delivered 11700/1 should move to Holbrook.
