Looks like House Nurse.? It possibly meant she was at home looking after younger siblings and/or neighbours children whilst the mothers went out to work. Lesley N Wales

I think it says ¡®House Nurse¡¯ There are other examples of children in the 1861 census being given the term nurse and acting as a ¡®nanny¡¯ to other children in the family.
