Hi Maureen,

I also noticed that Gorley is often spelled or transcribed? incorrectly. I usually try all different spellings to see what I get.

Hi Vicky,

Thanks for your email regarding the GORLEY family. I have the first three? children in the 1851 census with their
mother Maria saying she was married? but her husband Joseph GORLEY was back in New Jersey 1850 census
and says married.

I looked in the Canada to US crossings but found nothing. It is a mystery that they aren¡¯t in outgoing
passenger lists from UK.

I will keep looking,
