Yes. When editing the "Pt" track in song mode, you can:
(1) go to the bar at which you want to end the song
(2) type in "129" in the style column. (For those unfamiliar: Hold SHIFT and press and release 1,2, and 9. Release SHIFT. Press ENTER.)
(3) "129 --End--" will appear
