I found the solution:
the internal speaker is "a kind of" defect.
By pluging in an external speaker, no distortions are there.

Thank you all for helping me.

I have another problem with that trcv but I will open a new thread if I find nothing in the archive...

@Andy, I speak about low frequencies (ca. 300 ... 800 Hz) and not low volume.
The effect can be shown by putting a sound generator at the input of the TDA and wobble the frequency then...
