What if you don't remember whether or not you said ??? ?? ????? The rule is that you?have to assume that by force of habit you probably didn't say it, unless thirty days of saying ??? ?? ????? have passed so that its recitation has become habitual.

What should you do if you?didn't say ??? ?? ???? ?????? All is not lost:

If you remember before saying Hashem's name at the end of the brocho (???? ??? ???) then you simply backtrack to ??? ?? ???? ????? and finish the brocho properly.?

If you already said ???? ??? ??? at the end of the brocho, you can still salvage the situation by saying ??? ?? ???? ????? in ??? ?????? (before ?? ??? ????...).

What if you forgot to insert ??? ?? ???? ????? even in ??? ??????? Here it gets complicated:

If you haven't yet said ???? ??? ?, just backtrack a little and say ??? ?? ???? ????? ?? ??? ???? ????? ??? etc.

If you said ???? ??? ???, but no more, you can turn the words ???? ??? ??? into a ???? by adding ????? ?????; that way you still haven't finished the ???? and you can go back the few words and say ??? ?? ???? ????? ?? ??? etc., as above.
